Grosse Villa mit tollem Ausblick in steilem Gebiet
Positive: Ausblick grandios. Sehr ruhig.
Anfahrtsweg abenteuerlich und sehr steil. Muss sich bewusst sein, dass man trotz den vielen Villen in der Umgebung, recht abgelegen liegt.
Unterstützung und Support von Betreungsteam vor Ort sehr gut und unkompliziert.
Gewisse Mängel am Objekt leider bereits gut erkennbar. Zum Beispiel:
Zimmertürschlösser, Handtuchhalterungen und Aufbewahrungsschubladen sind lose oder gar nicht mehr nutzbar. Könnte aber alles einfach repariert werden.
Wir haben die Zeit trotzdem genossen 😃
